Paul Miller heads up Deutsch Miller's Corporate practice.
Paul has more than 25 years' experience working locally and internationally and has been based in London and Sydney for significant periods of his career.
Paul is passionate about being an owner of Deutsch Miller and creating an exceptional internal culture, which he sees as integral to the firm's delivery of a premium legal service.
Paul's major areas of specialisation include: corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, capital raisings, IPOs, venture capital/private equity, MBOs/ MBIs, shareholders agreements and joint ventures, inbound investment, restructuring, employee incentive plans, corporate governance and commercial agreements. His clients include owner managed businesses, listed companies, family offices and large net worth individuals.
