Biography
Paul leads the Corporate and Commercial team at Ellisons Solicitors. Paul joined Ellisons in October 2010 and was promoted to Partner in 2016 and Head of Corporate and Commercial in 2021.
Paul's focus is the acquisition and disposal of private companies, regularly working on transactions with a deal value of GBP 1m to 50m, that scope regularly includes management buy outs and transactions requiring tax driven restructurings prior to disposal. He also has expertise in acting for Administrators and Liquidators in the disposal of businesses from insolvency processes, regularly advising insolvency professionals alongside our specialist Insolvency Team.
