Biography
Nicole Marmor is a private client lawyer who heads the International Private Client: Wills, trusts and probate department at Sherrards.
She is a fluent German and French speaker and leads the firm's German Group, which her international clientele appreciates.
Nicole is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and The Private Client Section of the Law Society.
Nicole advises a number of high-net-worth individuals on inheritance tax and estate planning through wills and trusts; estate administration, often with an international component; Court of Protection matters, such as deputyships, lasting powers of attorney, and enduring powers of attorney; elderly client matters; and declarations of trust.
