Biography
Lilia is a partner of ASB Consulting Group and head of accounting practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in the field of accounting and finance, including more than 10 years of experience in providing accounting and auditing services in various consulting companies. She has considerable experience in organising and setting up accounting, optimising and automating business processes, reporting, consulting, audit and due diligence support.
Under her leadership, she has managed complex financial accounting of various companies, including 10%+ of investment partnership agreements (IPAs) concluded in Russia, and successfully completed 35+ due diligence projects.
Lilia is a member of the Institute of professional accountants of Russia (IPAR) (professional (chief) accountant's certificate), a member of ACCA (IFRS DipIFR diploma) and has completed ACCA F9 Financial Management course. She is fluent in Russian and English.
