Justin Williams, Accounts Manager
Biography
Justin is based in the Alliotts LLP Guildford office and has extensive experience of working with clients in a wide variety of sectors, including commercial firms and Not for Profit organisations.
Justin is a Manager in the Accounts team and is responsible for managing a team that delivers monthly management accounts, year-end statutory accounts and grant assurance assignments. He takes pride in understanding the needs of clients and providing effective and timely solutions, whilst keeping abreast of technical and regulatory changes.
He is also a member of the firm's corporate finance sector group, with a particular interest in consumer technology and Fintech. He has experience of providing company directors with advice on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. He also has considerable experience of preparing company valuations for relevant stakeholders.
Justin previously worked in the investment banking sector for over 15 years, both in the UK and abroad, and gained specialist experience in equities and corporate finance.
He qualified as a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder in 2006 and an ICAEW chartered accountant in 2021.
