Frank is CPA-PNG qualified Professional Accountant and has over 22 years of experience in Accounting practice and has worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for over 7 years and with Star Business Consultants since 2004.
Prior to SBC, Frank was the Country Managing Partner for EY PNG for 5 years as an audit and business advisory services partner.
