Biography
Chris is a trusted adviser to his clients and has a proven track record of achieving exceptional results. He looks to develop unique strategies to achieve his clients' desired outcomes whilst minimising the risks and costs of Court action.
After graduating from the Australian National University with First Class Honours in law, Chris started out his career with the Australian Government Solicitor in Canberra. Chris has gone on to represent companies and individuals in the corporate and financial sectors who have faced investigation and regulatory action.
He has acted on a broad range of matters including breakdowns in commercial contracts, insolvency and bankruptcy, corporate disputes, impasses between shareholders, breaches of directors duties, contentious property transactions, and pursuing or defending various other claims under contract, legislation, negligence, common law, and equity. Chris has represented clients in various State and Federal jurisdictions.
