Biography

Brenda is a Senior Associate in BHSM's Corporate department. She has extensive cross-border experience in public and private M&A in the Middle East and East Africa, having spent a decade in the Corporate/M&A team of a leading law firm in Kuwait and a few years prior to that practicing with leading law firms in Uganda. Brenda is ranked as a Rising Star in M&A for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region by IFLR1000 and has in the past (between 2014 and 2019) been ranked by Chambers & Partners Global as Expertise Based Abroad for Uganda in General Business Law.
