Biography
In his function as head of the Online Law/E-Commerce team, Benjamin is responsible for the legal protection and support of online stores, websites and apps.
In addition to his function as team leader, Mr. Schmidt supports the attorney team in large mandates, legal advice in the field of IT contract law, as well as in research projects.
