Biography

Artturi has broad experience in advising both domestic and international investors and companies of diverse sizes in corporate transactions such as in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and financing rounds. While not specializing exclusively on any single sector, Artturi has been involved in numerous corporate transactions with a particular focus on private equity, venture capital, technology, and retail & wholesale sectors. He also regularly advises clients on general commercial and corporate matters.

Clients appreciate Artturi's pragmatic hands-on attitude and commercially focused approach to finding solutions in corporate transactions.

In addition to corporate transactions, Artturi is also known for his extensive experience in debt finance, real estate transactions and development projects. For example, he has experience from acquisitions of real estate portfolios and complex refinancing structures. He also frequently advises clients on real estate law matters.

Artturi also teaches mergers and acquisitions as a visiting lecturer at the University of Eastern Finland. He regularly gives lectures on topics relating to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Prior to joining to Byro, Artturi work at White & Case's M&A and finance teams. He has also previously worked as a Chief Operating Officer for a real estate fund and gained experience from public sector.
