Counselence

Counselence is a corporate law firm based in Bangalore in the state of Karnataka in the southwest of India.
Counselence was founded in 2020 by Biju Varghese and Padmanabhan Ananth, who have three decades of experience with international law firms and multinational companies, including Norton Rose, IBM and the Indian multinational IT corporation Wipro.
Their clients include mid-sized and large technology companies, national industry associations, inter-governmental organisations, and pharmaceutical and financial services companies, including NASSCOM (the apex Indian trade body for technology companies).

Counselence believe in providing quality, real-time business-legal support to corporate entities and HNI clients by identifying the right counsel to suit a specific business need.
