Vladimir Milosevic is the principal of the firm. Prior to starting his own legal practice, he built his career within top-tier international law firms where he specialized in advising national and international companies concerning cutting-edge commercial law issues with the focus on banking & finance and corporate matters.
Vladimir's experience includes advising banks, financial institutions, and other lenders on a broad range of domestic and international finance transactions. In particular, Vladimir focuses on cross-border financing and refinancing, real estate investment and development, corporate finance and project finance.
